Latin Dance Workout

Wednesdays

6:30 pm

A unique dance workout where you will learn different Latin styles, footwork, hip moves and body work. You'll be having so much fun you won't even notice how hard you're working! Get ready for this energetic and fun dance class!

You can dance in socks or trainers.

 

The class is suitable for all levels as well as being a great addition for those who want to build on their existing experience (Zumba, Salsa, Latin Ballroom).

A dance insired workout to shape and tone the whole body.

No dance experience necessary - suitable for all levels!

 

You need a chair, a mat/towel and a bit of space around you.

Latin Dance Workout

Strengthen your core in style! This fabulous 30 mins workout specifically targets and strengthens your core muscles - with a boost of empowering Diva music by Britney, Beyonce, J.Lo and more! 
Diva Core teacher, Alice, is a professional dancer, performer and contortionist and really knows how to work your core! 

Suitable for all levels!

Diva Dance

Wednesdays

6:15 PM - 7:00 PM

Feel and dance like a Diva! This class is inspired by Divas such as Beyoncé, J-Lo, Britney and the Pussycat Dolls! In this sassy dance class you will have a thorough dance warm up and learn to dance a hot thrilling choreography. Have fun and feel great!

This class is danced in trainers.

Suitable for all levels and from the age of 16!

70s Barre Party

Fridays

6:15 PM - 7:00 PM

This is not a usual Barre Class... this class is full of 70s tracks - oh yeah - funky moves and all your typical Barre workout favourites! 
Barre is a dance inspired fun workout for strengthening and toning. This class can be challenging but will make you feel great! 
70S BARRE PARTY will definitely make you smile, probably even laugh! Perfect for a Friday night :)

Stretch

Fridays

7:05 PM - 7:35 PM

This class delivers as it combines multiple forms of stretching - passive, static and dynamic.

Stretching is not only for improving flexibility it also minimizes pain, prevents inflammation, destresses and makes you feel good.

This class is FREE!
