Love beautiful movement, gorgeous music and choreography you can really get lost in? This class is for you. ✨ Lyrical combines elements of jazz and contemporary dance with expressive movement, musicality and storytelling. Expect flowing choreography, beautiful lines, turns, travelling movement and plenty of opportunity to work on technique while learning how to really connect movement to the music. Each week you’ll build confidence with new choreography and explore how to make movement feel natural, expressive and completely your own. This is an All Levels class, so you don’t need to arrive knowing every step or having years of dance experience behind you. Jenny will give you plenty to work with at your own level, whether you’re returning to dance, building your technique or simply want an hour each week to move, dance and enjoy some gorgeous lyrical choreography.
